FDJ is mobilizing to support gender equality by signing a corporate charter co-written with the association #JamaisSansElles. The Group, which obtained a score of 100/100 on the 2022 Gender Equality Index, is the first SBF 80 company to launch the #JamaisSansElles project, thereby reinforcing its long-standing commitment to gender equality.
The CEO and the members of Microsoft’s Executive Committee who signed the #JamaisSansElles Charter are now joined by the entire community of managers. This top-down approach permeates the various levels of the company and builds long-term employee commitment to gender diversity in the digital world.
For the first edition of #JamaisSansElles Day at Education Nationale on 23 November 2021, the association and the Minister of Education, Michel-Michel Blanquer welcomed 70 junior high school students from the Lavoisier college in Pantin to the Ministry’s Innovation Lab to talk about gender diversity, gender biases, and opportunities in industry related professions and digital technologies.
